Refund & Return Policy

At Timber Ridge Sheds, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Custom Orders


  • All custom orders are final. Once production has started, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.


  • Custom orders include any sheds, greenhouses, playsets, or other products built to your specific size, color, or feature requests.


2. Stock Products


  • Standard stock items (not custom-built) may be eligible for return or cancellation with prior approval.


  • A restocking fee may apply.


  • Products must be returned in unused, original condition.


3. Delivery & Installation Fees


  • All delivery and installation fees are non-refundable once services have been scheduled or performed.


  • Additional charges may apply if the delivery site is not properly prepared or accessible.


4. Refunds


  • Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after the product is returned and inspected.


  • Financing or rent-to-own agreements may have separate refund or cancellation rules outlined in your contract.


5. Damaged or Defective Products


  • If you believe your product was delivered damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.


  • We will work with you and the manufacturer (if applicable) to repair, replace, or resolve the issue under warranty terms.


6. Order Cancellations


  • Orders canceled before production or delivery scheduling may be eligible for a refund, minus any administrative or processing fees.


  • Orders canceled after production begins will follow the Custom Order policy above.
