Free delivery and setup includes one trip to the specified delivery location located within 30 odometer miles from the nearest Timber Ridge Sheds Sales Center.
Set-up includes leveling the portable building with treated wood blocks provided by the delivery driver; or suitable 4” flat solid concrete blocks available at the site and provided by the Customer. Anchoring is up to homeowner. Cost of anchoring depends on size of building and the amount of anchors needed to meet code

RENT TO OWN was established as an alternative to mini-warehousing. Our no strings plans allows you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your building.

Our sheds include a manufacturer’s warranty that covers workmanship and materials. The length depends on the model and siding type—typically ranging from 5 years up to a limited lifetime warranty. Ask us for details on your model.
How do I get started?
Visit one of our lots, shop online here, use our 3D Builder, or call us to design your custom shed. Our team will guide you from design through delivery.
Do you sell used or repossessed sheds?
Yes, occasionally we have repossessed or display model sheds available at discounted prices. Inventory changes often, so click here to see what’s in stock.
Do you provide shed removal services?
Yes, we can remove and haul away your old shed before we deliver your new one if the delivery crew is confident that it will hold up to being moved out in one piece. If not, we can recommend a contractor that will demolish the building and haul away the debris. Ask us about pricing and availability for this service.
What are your business hours?
Our hours vary by season. Typically, we are open Monday–Friday, with extended hours during spring and summer. We also can meet you after hours and on weekends by appointment. Contact us or check our profile here for current hours.
