Free delivery and setup includes one trip to the specified delivery location located within 30 odometer miles from the nearest Timber Ridge Sheds Sales Center.
Set-up includes leveling the portable building with treated wood blocks provided by the delivery driver; or suitable 4” flat solid concrete blocks available at the site and provided by the Customer. RENT TO OWN was established as an alternative to mini-warehousing. Our no strings plans allows you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your building.

Permit requirements vary by county and city. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with local building authorities before installation. We’re happy to provide building specs to help with the permitting process.
Can I customize my shed?

Can I match my shed to my house color?
Yes. We offer a full line of siding, trim, and roofing colors so your shed can match or complement your home. We can even custom color match if you have your paint code. A fee does apply to this service to thoroughly clean the paint spraying system before and after using your paint.
Can I convert a shed into a home office, studio, or tiny home?
Yes, many customers upgrade their sheds for personal spaces. While we can customize sheds for these purposes, finishing work like plumbing and electrical must be performed by your contractors after delivery and meet local building codes.
What siding and roofing materials do you use?
We offer wood, vinyl, and metal siding options, along with asphalt shingle or metal roofing. All materials are designed for durability and low maintenance.
